Version 4.10.1, June 23, 2015

This version is a "minor" update mainly consisting of bug fixes
and Microsoft/GNU/Clang compatibility improvements. It does include
the following features and notable changes:

1) This version provides the C++14 sized deallocation feature (see paper
N3778). Some minor C++14 language changes have also been implemented,
the most notable being that constexpr member functions are no longer
   implicitly "const" member functions.

2) Multiple target configurations can now be defined at build time and
selected at execution time. Previously, this could only be done by
individually setting a large number of configuration values. See
the 4/23/15 Changes entry for details.

3) Preliminary support for couroutines, as specified in paper N4286 (with
some modifications), and as expected to be available in Microsoft
Visual Studio 2015, is provided. The feature is currently supported
in the IL and in the C++-generating back end, but not by IL lowering.

4) Diagnostic processing has been reworked to provide a mechanism that
can be used to provide additional information about diagnostics.
This mechanism will be used by the implementation of the generalized
constexpr feature of C++14, which is currently in the process of being
implemented. This mechanism also makes it simpler to customize the way
in which diagnostic information is presented.

As usual, we have fixed bugs, added many minor features, and continued to
improve our various compatibility modes. See the Changes_4.10.1 file for
full details (about 3,700 lines).
